How do I backup my Briefcase?

You can backup your Briefcase by email at any time. It is recommended you do this frequently.

Follow these steps:

Admin Tab > Briefcase > click "Backup My Briefcase"

This will open an email that you can send to yourself that contains a link that can be used to fully restore your Briefcase at any time.

I encourage you to test this as soon as possible when experimenting with the Briefcase - this will give you more confidence that it will work in the future for you.

Please note: The link to restore your Briefcase inside the email will not work in many 3rd party email readers, such as the Gmail App. It does work when you read the email from inside the Mail App provided on iOS.
